NEED TO KNOW
      • Classes can be booked via our Mobile App or via our website.
      • All Auto-Pay contracts require a 60-day cancellation notice.
      • All class packs expire after 60 days.
      • All classes must be prepaid.
      • All sales are final. Classes are non-refundable, exchangeable or transferable.
      • Socks with grip are required for all classes and are available for purchase at the studio.
      • Classes may be booked 2 weeks in advance.
      • There are 10 spots available in each class.
      • We have a 12 hour Late Cancellation policy, which incurs a $15 charge.
      • We have a $25 no show policy.
      • Please no glass containers in the studio.
WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY CLASS?
      • Visit our Mobile App or Website
      • Log-In to your account.
      • Select “My Schedule”
      • Select the class you would like to cancel. Click “Cancel Class” or “Late Cancel”
      • We have 12-Hour Cancellation policy. That means you can cancel up to 12 hours before class starts and the class will be credited back to your account for future use.
      • For Unlimited members: If you cancel within this 12-Hour window before class you will incur a $15 charge. No-Showing class will incur a $25 charge.
      • For Class Pack Members: You will lose the class credit if you late cancel or no-show.
HOW DOES THE WAITLIST WORK?
      • If a class you’d like to take is full, snag a spot on the waitlist.
        Make sure your notifications are turned ON. We suggest text messages be enabled.
      • If you are moved into a class you will receive a text confirming your spot. You may respond “Y” for YES or “N” for NO. If you text “N” you will not be charged for the class.
      • If you are on a class pack and do not get a spot in the class, you will maintain the class credit in your account.
      • The waitlist closes 2 Hours prior to that class start time and becomes void. During the 2 hours before class starts, the first person to log on and book that spot will get into class.
      • If you no longer want a spot in the class, you must remove yourself from the waitlist in advance of the class. If you are added to the class from the waitlist during our 12 hour cancellation period and cant attend, you will be responsible for the late-cancel charge or loss of a class credit.
      • Please treat the waitlist as if it were in the class, you must cancel yourself off of the waitlist so that you are not added into a class that you can not attend.
I’M RUNNING LATE! NOW WHAT?
    • If you find yourself running late, you have a 5-minute window from the start time of the scheduled class to keep your reserved spot.
    • If you are over 5 minutes late, your spot may be given to a standby.
    • If you realize you will not be able to make it to class please log on to the Mobile App and select “Late Cancel”.
