The Megaformer takes me to a place where I have to be mentally tough not just physically strong.

4.) What is your favorite move on the Megaformer? My favorite “moves” include any that focus on the obliques. (Scrambled Egg, French Twist, and Teaser) I’ve never felt a deeper burn.

My Son, My blanket from childhood, and Squats!

I love the versatility of the Megaformer. There are so many ways to get creative with routine writing. Also, it’s totally appropriate for people at any fitness level!!!

4.) What brought you into the fitness industry? My passion for helping people live their healthiest, happiest, and best life!

Creative and challenging, with a pickiness for form!

I love the megaformer because you can adapt exercises to work for everyone, no matter the level of physical fitness or injury.

3.) How long have you lived in Portland?
I have lived in Portland my entire life (except for a 4 year stint in Eugene at The University of Oregon)

I am engaged, energetic, and motivational!

Inclusion! I am passionate about adapting environments to make sure every person is successful!

Life is an adventure, I try to be fearless, and embrace every opportunity that is presented.

1. What is your favorite motivational quote?
“Whether you think you can or you think you can’t, you’re right.”

2. What is your favorite move on the Megaformer?
Bear & Escalator Lunge. Both work stabilizing muscles and BURN so fast!

3. What do you love about the Megaformer?
There is absolutely nothing else like it. It’s so effective, so incredibly intense, but never strains or impacts my joints. Overtime the movements become really meditative, and can be easily modified to meet any fitness level; whether you’re a body builder, completely new to exercise, or recovering from a past injury.

4. What brought you into the fitness industry?
I was not an athlete growing up, but as an adult I fell in love with Yoga. As I gained mental and physical strength, the types of classes I went to evolved. I explored new ways to move my body, from HIIT, to weight lifting, to rock climbing. I discovered I loved everything fitness. After having my son I decided to take the leap and aim my career toward inspiring others to be active and love their bodies.

5. What inspires you?
Watching people push themselves out of their comfort zones.
