Craving a protein-packed post-workout smoothie that is both nourishing and delicious? We turned to the OG Portland foodie, Valerie Fidan, for some fall fuel inspiration. Behold the Pumpkin Spice Bliss Smoothie! This dairy free smoothie is loaded with plant-based protein to help your muscles recover and rebuild after a 45-minute heart-rate spiking MegaBurn class. Throw on your favorite fall sweater, and give this recipe a try!

Shopping List:

1 cup unsweetened vanilla cashew milk
⅛ cup pumpkin puree (canned)
1 scoop VegaOne vanilla protein powder
¼ tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 tablespoon natural peanut butter
⅓ – ½ of a small avocado
4 ice cubes

How To:

Blend ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth, pour in a glass, drink up and enjoy!
